Lockheed Wins $1.2Bn Contract to Upgrade South Korean F-16 Fleet

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $1,204,200,000 fixed-price-incentive-fee contract to upgrade F-16 aircraft for the Republic of Korea.

Work will be performed at Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be complete by Nov. 15, 2025.

This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales to the Republic of Korea. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition.

Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8615-l 7-C-6045).
