“This is not the end for any peace process. Perhaps, it should just be the opposite. Every conflict , and sadly sometimes has a military acceleration, but this in particular, we all know it cannot be the ending battle of Aleppo,” he told Rudaw at the UN.
“This is actually the best moment to insisting in a peace process to be restarted, but to do so we need everyone to want to talk about a political process,” he added.
