Trump's stance on two-state solution gets rocky reception at UN Security Council

NEW YORK -- The new US ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, attended her first meeting of the UN Security Council discussing the Israel-Palestine conflict. US President Donald Trump has stated that a two-state solution to the conflict was not the only resolution. This was not received well by US allies at the meeting. Haley denied that the US was giving up on attempts to build a Palestinian state.
