DOD gets new BPA for remote sensing support

KeyW Corp. has booked a five-year, $135 million blanket purchase agreement to carry out professional engineering services in support the U.S. military's remote sensing missions.

The General Services Administration awarded the order against its Professional Support Services Schedule vehicle, KeyW said Monday.

Services will encompass manned and unmanned aerial systems engineering; forensics, cyber technologies, data, control; and computer research, operations and assessments.

This order comes nearly a week after KeyW disclosed a separate award with a nearly $100 million ceiling value for software development services as part of a classified national security program. That order has an expandable scope and covers work for between four and five years.
